Get Age Fit Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Get Age Fit, LLC, doing business as Get Age Fit (“Get Age Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information through getagefit.com, including the Contact form, the GetAgeFit Essentials (ageLIFT™/ageFUEL™) waitlist signup, the Qualification Quiz, and the Consultation/booking pages.
2. Scope
This policy covers information collected directly through the forms and booking tools on this website. It does not cover information collected by third-party services when you interact with them directly on their own platforms (for example, scheduling an appointment through Calendly’s own interface) — those services have their own privacy policies, linked in Section 4 below where applicable.
3. Information We Collect
We collect different information depending on which form or tool you use:
Contact form
First name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you write.
GetAgeFit Essentials waitlist signup (“Notify Me”)
The GetAgeFit Essentials waitlist collects your first name, last name, and email address. We use this information to send updates about ageLIFT™ and ageFUEL™, including product availability, launch announcements, and occasional related product news.
We do not sell your personal information to outside marketers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
Qualification Quiz
First name, last name, email address, phone number, age range, primary fitness goals, current training frequency, how important personalized coaching is to you, your investment mindset, whether you have an injury or physical limitation (plus any free-text detail you choose to provide), and your stated readiness to start. We use your answers to compute a qualification outcome used internally for follow-up.
Consultation / booking
If you use the on-page consultation form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and your stated goal. If you instead book directly through the embedded Calendly scheduling widget: your name, email address, and selected appointment time are collected by Calendly directly as part of completing that booking, along with anything else Calendly’s own booking form asks for a Get Age Fit consultation (which may include a phone number for appointment reminders). That collection happens on Calendly’s own platform and is also governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
4. How Your Information Is Used and Who It Is Shared With
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, process your waitlist signup, evaluate program fit, and schedule or follow up on consultations. We work with the following service providers, each described here based on what is actually configured today, not what might be added later:
Airtable
Submissions from the Contact form, the GetAgeFit Essentials waitlist, the Qualification Quiz, and the Consultation form are recorded directly in our Airtable-based lead-tracking system. This is currently active.
Klaviyo
Visitors who sign up for the GetAgeFit Essentials waitlist provide their first name, last name, and email address. This information is stored in Klaviyo, our email marketing service, and used to manage subscriptions and send the product updates described below. Waitlist information is not automatically used to subscribe individuals to other marketing lists.
Calendly
If you book a consultation through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your booking details directly, as described in Section 3. Separately, we have built (but, as of this policy’s drafting, have not yet activated) an automated connection that would record a completed Calendly booking into our Airtable lead-tracking system. Until that connection is active, a Calendly booking is not automatically reflected in our internal records.
General CRM webhook
Our website code supports forwarding form submissions to a general-purpose CRM webhook. As of this policy’s drafting, no such webhook is configured in any environment, so this path is not currently sending your information anywhere.
Website Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not currently active on our website. If we activate either service, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate and implement any required consent mechanisms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing purposes. We disclose information only to the service providers described above, to the extent each is actually active, solely to help us operate the services described in this policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website does not currently operate a cookie-consent mechanism. At present, the analytics tools described in Section 4 (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) are not active, so they are not currently setting cookies or collecting browsing behavior through this site. If and when either is activated, this section and an appropriate consent mechanism will need to be updated together.
6. Data Retention
We do not currently apply a fixed retention period to the information described above. We keep it for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program you signed up for and to respond to your inquiry, or until you request that it be deleted. You may contact us at any time, using the information in Section 11, to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion. We will honor that request except where we are permitted or required to retain certain information to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or satisfy other legitimate business or recordkeeping obligations — in which case we will retain only what is necessary for those purposes.
7. Security
Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We are not making any further claim about the security measures of our own systems or our service providers’ systems beyond that.
8. Your Choices and Rights
If you have consented to receive text messages from us, you may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a message, as described in our Mobile Messaging Terms of Service. For any other question about your information, including requesting to know what we have on file or requesting its deletion (subject to the limitations described in Section 6), you may contact us at info@getagefit.com.
We do not currently operate a separate, formal access or deletion request process beyond responding directly to requests sent to the email address above.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our SMS program is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, as described in our Mobile Messaging Terms of Service. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
